I have two GE 45603 Z-Wave appliance modules, each connected to one of my bedside lamps. A few days ago, they both quit working... wouldn't turn off the lights. If I crawl under the bed and press the physical button on the unit, it works.
I've finally gotten around to logging into the hub to look into it. When I click the "On" or "Off" button on the device page, nothing happens - I even have the Logs running in another window, and no event shows up when click "On" or "Off". I clicked "Refresh", not fully understanding what that would do, and it did log an even with 'warn' next to it (and maybe added the 'Scheduled Job' at the bottom of the screenshot?).
I've attached a screenshot of the device page, and appreciate all help. It seemed very odd for both of the devices to quit working. I do also have them in a group, which of course isn't working either. There is a chance this coincides with a platform update, but I'm not sure where to find the update history... and honestly would be pretty upset/disappointed if a platform update caused this issue - like, time to abandon Habitat level upset. But I digress... thanks in advance for help.
Does everything look good on your Z-wave details page? It sounds like they have lost connection to the hub. Perhaps some details on your system, number of Z-wave devices. Everything else is still working. assuming there is something else?
Here is a screenshot of the North Bedroom Lamp, the South Bedroom Lamp has the same status.
Yes, there are other devices - dozens but fewer than a hundred - a quick scroll on the details page shows they all say “OK” instead of “PENDING” and I haven’t noticed that any of them are not working… except now that you mention it, my Ring Keypads I use with HSM went kind of haywire and wouldn’t disarm with their ‘sirens’ going (I had to put them in the garage so the batteries would run down). They’ve never been reliable, though, so can’t be sure it’s related. They also have status OK on the details page.
