Not sure if I should start a new thread given this one has been dormant for some time but I will try here first in an effort to avoid duplication.
Do you know how you resolved this as I appear to be having the exact same issue. The keypad is subscribed to within HSM:
However if I try and arm or disarm from the keypad nothing happens
Not sure if its a red hering but I did notice that in the keypad device details the application is shown as NULL
