I'm having problems with inclusion of 2 Fortrezz MIMOlite devices. I've tried everything on the join and reset instructions page. I've even tried a full reset of HE.
When I plugged the first unit in the red light was blinking once per second, just as the instructions say. I put the HE into inclusion mode and the MIMO light blinked twice and went off. It never displayed on the HE. I tried to exclude but that doesn't work either. The second unit does the exact same thing.
Does anyone have any tips?
