I have 3 devices now that show like this
I think what is happening because my Zwave is not transmitting properly when I try to remove a device and end up doing a force removal it is not fully deleting the device from Hubitat and I end up with these artifacts. After a couple days or so it will give me the option to Remove them but it does not work
