Force delete child

I have a child device that was left over from an app/device upgrade on Tile Master 2.
It is conflicting with the new device child TM Door Locks and causing a log error every 10 minutes. When I try to open either of them I just get a permanent spinner so I can't remove Door Locks VL.
Any suggestions?

You could try moving them to the "Device" type instead of leaving them using the Tile Master driver. Of course there may be more information in whatever project thread supports that so you might want to post there.

To get around the issue when opening the device, you can disable it on the device list page by clicking the checkbox next to the device.

Where is this check box? I don't see a column for this.

There is an X in the top right along with the grid/list options. Always been afraid to find out what that does. :slight_smile: Maybe that is the show/hide for that column?
