Looks like if you have unsupported EOL chromecast devices you may be potentially screwed. The manufacturer will need to push out chromecast update or higher to continue working. Personally I'm trying to get information from Vizio support for my soundbar and all my SP50-D5's, JBL and LG but not having any luck getting answers.

That is a pain.. Google COULD do it differently but has decided to entrench.
