Flush mount 20”+ touchscreen?

It’s not that simple, no. I don’t know if just any screen would work since the Asus Zenscreen uses the DisplayLink driver; a software implementation to make the touch work. Keeping the Asus zenscreen powered was tricky to figure out, too. If you want details on how to make it work, feel free to PM me.

Decided to keep it simple and looked for an AIO touchscreen desktop solution instead rather than going seperate source device (whether that be Android on Odroid or a cheap Intel NUC) combined with touchscreen. A combination like that would have always been around the AUD $650-$1k mark

Happened instead to stumble across the following on Amazon which for some reason is listed insanely cheap. All the Australian shops sell these for between $650 and $890 depending on whether they come with Win10. For some reason Amazon has some at $270 delivered! I wouldn't even be able to get a decent mini-pc together for that money let alone have a touchscreen, so I jumped on it:

Only downsides that I could see is that it's a bit bulkier and it's only 1366x768 and not 1920x1080 but happy to overlook that for the money.
I might recess this into the wall so that it looks less bulky but I also like the fact that the hinge for the walllmount/stand is quite strong so that I can use that to pull it away from the wall when I'm using it in a more top-down fashion like it would be when lying flat on a table. Recessing it in the way that I was planning would remove that option. Anyway, I'll try to just mount it on the wall instead first and see how much I get bothered by its thickness (2,5cm)

Ideally I'd want a 21" and hang it in portrait mode, but this is a good first step for the price and one that I can potentially still reuse somewhere else in the house later in life. When slim 21" AIO systems or 21" slim wifi touch monitors start to become afordable I'll simply replace this one with the 21"
