Anyone know what this error is about? Being a battery device, maybe I need to do something with the switch before update. I tried putting it in inclusion mode first but that didn't work. Contacted Zooz support but they take days to respond.
You will probably need to wake it just before trying to start this process (battery powered devices normally sleep, though I thought something was changing with 700-series Z-Wave...apparently not).
According to the manual, quickly tapping the upper paddle 7x should do this.
