Amazon has the Fire HD 8 Tablet (8" HD Display, 16 GB, 8th Generation) on sale for $49.99 with ads and $64.99 without ads right now. Is this a good price for these? I just picked up my Hubitat and looking for a tablet to mount on my wall 
I don't imagine running the hubitat web dashboard takes much resources, but this tablet has 1.5 gb ram. Personally I wouldn't go lower than 4gb, and the ads likely will be obtrusive, but never used one so couldn't say exactly. I do know a great place to chek tho, and good instructions for tweaking the tablet.

amazon's very good at making it seem like most of their time-limited deals must be can't-miss. I use the "camelizer" browser extension to quickly check an item's actual price history. sometimes they can be off, but overall it's pretty awesome.
