File picker doesn't open when try to choose restore file

Was going to do a database refresh, download and then immediately restore.

However, when I clicked on the button to choose a restore file, no filter picker dialog ever opened. I had just rebooted my hub, so it was fresh. Tried multiple times.

Browser is Chrome, current release. Didn't try Edge or Explorer as ran out of time. Anyone seen this?

I've had it delayed but it always finally appeared. Was the activity indicator in the top right of the browser window still spinning?

Thanks...rebooted laptop and it worked as expected. Must have been a delay issue last night. Thanks!
