What the subject says. The Fibaro doc on this says it defaults to 30 seconds, settable from 1-32767 seconds. For my use case, I'd like to set it to about 180 seconds. But in the Hubitat preferences for this device, using the blessed driver, I don't see that as something that can be set?
What parameter are you looking for? Links to the docs would be helpful. I can't find one exactly like that in the manual I found, but if you're looking for parameter 6 ("motion alarm cancellation delay" in the one I'm looking at), that is exposed in the driver as the "Motion Retrigger" preference.
Doc I found is here: https://manuals.fibaro.com/content/manuals/en/FGMS-001/FGMS-001-EN-T-v2.0.pdf
If retrigger is what I am looking for, then we're good. But I assumed that wasn't it, as the available settings in the device prefs max out at 30 seconds.
What driver are you using? Mine does not max out at 30 seconds:
But from the manual you provided, this does indeed seem like the correct option (though with a mysteriously different range, but one not capped at 30 seconds regardless).
"Fibaro Motion Sensor ZW5", the one Hubitat chose.
That is the one I'm looking at, too. Are you sure you don't just need to scroll down in the list to show additional values? Can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing?
Sharing the name, as you did, is helpful; for anyone else wondering, saying this alone is not normally helpful since drivers are matched by "fingerprints" and it's possible different variations (hardware or firmware revisions, for example) of what appears to be the same device may match differently.
Arrghh. My only excuse is I've spent the last two hours swapping out a Leviton motion-sensing dimmer and replacing it with a ZEN72...and am just now getting to the motion function replacement stage. So I am somewhat frazzled at the moment. Thanks!
