Fibaro Smart Implant FGBS-222 error

UPDATE - This now appears to be working - don't know what I did - it just appeared to start working with no errors in the log. - So this issue is resolved - I'll leave this post in case someone else has a similar issue.

I want to use the Fibaro Smart Implant to trigger my garage door - I just want to use it as a zwave controlled dry contact relay.

I paired a Fibaro Smart Implant and used the Fibaro FGBS-222 Smart Implant driver.
I used all the default settings and did a "Save Preferences" and "Configure".
It created the 5 child devices.

When I go to the "Fibaro Smart Implant Switch Out 1" device page, and press the "On" button nothing happens and I get an error in the log - see below. How can I fix this?

I also did a zwave remove of the Smart Implant, deleted the FGBS-222 drivers, reinstalled the FGBS-222 driver and then re-paired the Smart Implant (using the FGBS-222 driver). - -Same result - see debug log below

dev:10022024-03-03 01:13:59.322 PMerrororg.codehaus.groovy.runtime.metaclass.MissingMethodExceptionNoStack: No signature of method: user_driver_christi999_Fibaro_FGBS_222_Smart_Implant_994.componentRefresh() is applicable for argument types: (com.hubitat.app.DeviceWrapper) values: [Fibaro Smart Implant Switch Out 1] (method componentRefresh)

Another question on Fibaro Smart Implant has anyone using one seen the internal temp to read high like 96 in a room that is 75? Connected 18b20s read fine. Also using the internal driver I see sensor selection labeled DS18S20 not "B" but it appears ok even though the S and B parts are totally different. Fibaro only talks about the B verdion in the manual?
