So I have a water tank connected to a pump. The pump works when the float switch in the tank is at the low position and turns off the pump when the switch is in the up position. This is all automated but "dumb".
I want to use the Fibaro smart implant to make all this "smart" so that I can control/monitor it better. This is the plan:
Connect the float switch to the input on the smart implant. Essentially the switch is a dry binary switch. It just opens and closes the circuit depending on it's position.
I then want to connect the output from the smart implant to the control box of the pump. This also is a simple dry connection where the circuit is simply open or closed. Can the smart implant provide a "dry connection" on the output end?
Can the smart implant do this?
