The button responds properly to the Hold command, and to the Push command as shown on the screen below.
Please ask for help, because it is big limit the functionality of the button.

I recently made a driver for the Fibaro FOB so if this button needs a custom driver also I can help with that.
I use the built-in driver Generic Z-Wave Button Controller. After pressing the button, I get information about the battery.
Seems like the device is not sending the events to the hub for some reason.
Try changing to the type/driver named "Device". Then press the button and show me what gets logged.
