Can I offer a vague suggestion that it would be nice to have some spots in the UI where users are offered options to post topics in the Community relating to issues they may be seeing or experiencing. The simplest example I can think of is some kind of prompt to post from an error that appears in the system or device logs, but I would not like to see this feature limited to these kinds of situations, ultimately.
The kind of outcome I have in mind is that in some situations the platform may prompt the user with a combination of suggestions (e.g. KB articles, WIKI's, Community articles, etc) or an option to post a topic here.
In making this request I am particularly interested in prompting or pre-filling details for hub owner's that are of most interest to those diagnosing or troubleshooting their issue.
I'll make clear that my intent here is not to be too prescriptive on how any change is implemented, more that it would be nice to have one or (ideally) more controlled processes where user's could report issues, and where dev's / Hubitat have some control over the information users are at least prompted to provide, rather than relying on Community-driven practices.
I'm thinking Amazon, where how when you have an issue with a purchase, it gives you a list of things you bought recently to choose from, then it walks you through details, leading to a return or replacement.
Seems like a good use of the AI bot that Hubitat already has.
