Feature Request: Add a "Pause rule" button in the main list of basic rules

Hi:

Using C7 V2.4.0.146.

When in Basic Rules, in the main list, it'd be nice to have a "Pause Rule" button there rather then going into the rule and pausing.

Also, in the Basic Rules main list, it'd be nice if the rule showed if that rule was being logged.

Also, on the Devices list, it'd be nice to have a "toggle" button on switch devices.
