[Solved]Faulty Zigbee stick? (nope)

Continuing the discussion from Zigbee Network State: UNINITIALISED:

Similar to the issues described in the linked post, I'm seeing 'UNINITIALIZED' under my Zigbee Network State on my brand new kit. I've attempted power cycling, unplugging the stick, resetting the stick. No dice.

Any other suggestions?

Update: it turns out the hub’s USB port was locked. Contact support if you have issues and they’ll sort it out.

It could be that you have a defective stick. We saw one other that was. We can ship you a replacement. Please contact support at support@hubitat.com.
