Faulty Moes 4-gang Zigbee Switch?

I have this switch, a Moes 4 gang Zigbee Switch:

I hooked up power to it (110v ac black to “L” and white to white) and paired it successfully

The problem is that when I turn on the third any three switches, the device makes a fairly loud click sound, all switches turn off, and the loses it pairing. Usually it “magically” re-pairs itself but often requires me to use “add device” to re-pair it.
Sometimes turning on third will not cause, but fourth always will.

Bad switch? I have sent an e-mail to Moes Support.

You using the Generic Zigbee Multi-Endpoint switch driver, I assume? (though this doesn't appear to be a driver issue).

Do you have loads on the switches, or is this happening without a load? Have you tried it with loads and without? I just wonder if without loads on the switches if it does the same thing. It is almost like you are draining power from the Zigbee radio when you hit that third switch causing it to lose connection.

Just a thought, it could be a bad switch.

Seems driver independent. Both Generic and Zemismart drivers respond the same.

No loads on the switch only power (“L”) and neutral (white wire) connected.

Also it sometimes just “locks up” and I have to remove power to get it to work again.

Awaiting a response from Moes support.
