I'm using it right now...
Install the Hubitat Package Manager (community app). It will install the app and drivers for you. The rest is pretty well guided during app installation, but Tonesto has links to install instructions if needed. Also, in the Heroku server, under "contributors" add Tonesto7@gmail.com and the server will automatically update when there is an update to install. BTW, the server doesn't store any information, it is just for keeping the Alexa cookie up to date. This otherwise has to be done manually every week. Don't do a manual cookie update unless you want to forever do it manually, or reinstall the app (from what I understand at least).
