False Alert in HSM

I got the following errors in the log. There is no water leak at the washer, dry as a bone.

Error for phone number is asking for a country code. I don't know what that is for US.

app:13472019-04-06 08:13:02.111 pm errorjava.lang.Exception: Invalid phone number, numbers must start with + and be followed by country code and phone number (waterHandler)

app:13472019-04-06 08:13:02.067 pm warnAlert Water Washer Leak Sensor wet

format +1 and 10 digit number

I have that except the difference is country code. I have it in this format now... +1area codexxxyyyy.

+1/areacode/number

country code for North America is 1

So 999 is country code for US?

Coutry code is +1 for US, where are you located, colorado?

Ok, so I have it correct in HSM. +1areacode7digitnumber.

You are limited to 10 texts a day. If you've gone over you won't get any more.

Make sure you don't have space or - between numbers

I haven't had any today.

No spaces, no dash

Were you expecting to get a text message with a water leak? is the issue the false alarm or that you didn't get the false alarm?

Both. Neither one occured. No message and a false alarm.

And you saw the alert in HSM? The water leak sensor showed that it was detecting water at that point? (you can look in the history of events for the device)

I saw the Alert in the UI and I clicked on it and when HSM opened it was not there. UI said there was an alert but HSM did not.

This was in the past logs which is what the error shows above. But there is nothing in the past logs that the washer sensor tripped.

I don't understand. The UI said there was but HSM said there wasn't?

Correct. When I looked at the UI, HSM showed an Alert like the pic above. But when I opened up HSM there was no Alert shown at the top. Ex. If you have an alert and you open HSM at the top is a big red Alert, there was none.

But both of those screens are the UI and both of those screens are HSM.

That screenshot is too small to see completely. Do you mean in the Apps list vs in the App detail?

And I didn't say past logs. I said events list. Go into the device, at the top there is an Events button. That will show you a list of all the events for that device.

This is the UI.

ui

This is HSM.

So you see my problem though...that screenshot you posted above cannot possibly be from the apps list because the same thing is not above it on both screenshots.
