I just migrated from a C7 to C8 pro. Shortly after migrating I decided to add remote admin. I went to do a factory reset on my C7, because I would like to use it in an outbuilding, but it will not let me do the reset because there is an active subscription. I tried to transfer to the new hub multiple times and it still will not reset.
