Came here looking for a solution to this as well. I’ve tried uninstalling the Hubitat Elevation app from my phone and reinstalling, changing to a custom dashboard URL and back… no matter what I keep getting prompted to log in on the dashboard accesss, even while other parts of the app continue to allow me to access them.
Same here, but only when on my Adroid phone. Works fine with Windows.
I think the original post was an issue with EZ Dash when it first came out. Now the issue is isolated to only the mobile app if you use hub login security. I started making an EZ dash to try out but then as soon as it was asking me to log in on mobile I quickly gave up on that idea and EZ Dash . Still waiting for it to be fixed.
I split the post and moved it over to the mobile app section.
I would note that this is not restricted to the « Android app », but also on the Apple app.
My wife is now encountering this same issue with android. The EZ Dashboards were working for her and now it keeps asking her to login. She still has access to the Devices tab.
I think this may be fixed for me now.
Nope! Still it's asking for a login/password. I'm using legacy dashboards again.
I am not sure what it depends on, but sometimes it asks for my password, but most of the times it does not. I suspect there is some authentication caching which may depend on the OS browser, but I’m not sure.

Is there any plans to fix this? Still happens. I am using iOS so I assume it is on both platforms.
IMO this basically makes the EZ Dash totally worthless for people who uses hub login security and want to open the dashboards from the mobile app. I only use the HE dash on rare occasion for certain situations. I am still using my old legacy dashboards due to this issue, otherwise I would move over to EZ Dash because they are easier to update and maintain.
Ping. Not sure if this is an app issue or platform issue?

Happens to me also...just confirmed, still happening.
Thank you for posting about this. I agree, it is VERY annoying and reminds of why in my brain I've told myself I can't check HE quickly from my phone.
It happens to me ONLY when I'm connecting via local LAN, and not when connecting via the internet.
