Exterior Temperature for Fan Control

Just moved to a new apartment. I have a Transom window fan hooked up to a Bond Bridge. I would like the fan to turn on automatically at night if the temperature drops low enough. What would be the cheapest way out to get exterior temperature? I'm new to this, so if there is a way to get local exterior temperature from the 'net that works well with Hubitat please let me know. I would rather not buy a sensor if I don't have to.

If you're willing to invest a little, EcoWitt could be a worthwhile (small) investment. If you have a larger pot of money SensorPush could be an alternative, but unlikely given your post.
