'EVA LOGIK Smart Plug Dimmer' driver is broken

I've been doing some RMs using the above driver with an EVA LOGIK ZW39 Smart Plug Dimmer and discovered that the Fade parameter in 'Set Level' is ignored. In addition, if the 'Push Dimming Duration' is set to instant, both physical button and hubitat fades are disabled.

I don't know who works on these built-in drivers, but this one definitely needs some work,

Helpful if you post some logs while you're trying to use the dimmer plug so that HE staff can look at what's being reported in the logs. Before you do that turn on debug logging for the driver.
