Errors in Diagnostic Menu

I thought I would give the latest vesion (2.2.3) a try.
However, I keep on getting authorization errors:

Could it be that you are not logged in (or have been auto logged out) to the diagnostic tools menu? See the “login” (or logout) button at the bottom of the menu.

Best way to insert the MAC address password is from the Hubitat IP, Settings, Hub Details, copy MAC address, paste into Diagnostic Tools login.

Yep. As said above, your session has expired and you have to logout and log back in again.

So, I logged out, then went back in to do a soft reset.

It's been on the soft reset Restore Database screen for the last 2 hours.

Any suggestions?
