@mike.maxwell I'm getting the following errors on a PICO. Note, no real logs because it hardly gets used but it still works. Is this anything I need to worry about?
I've only seen this when the number of buttons is set wrong in the device preferences compared to the real-world device. Is this really a 5-button Pico?

It is... I can try deleting it and recreating it. Perhaps just an an anomaly. This only just started, Pico as been in use about 2 years.
The other thing you could look at would be what debug logs (which you'd likely have to enable) show on the "Lutron Telnet" device. Presumably these errors in the logs correspond to a button press, and that would show you the data it's working with that is probably causing this.
But re-creating it can't hurt, either. 
Yeah that's the thing, that pico hasn't had a button pushed in months. Hardly ever gets used. Strange.,.,. But ill definitely test it out.
