I can get into this RM, but whenever I try and edit it, I generate an error:

Based on the error, it is likely that you removed a device that was in use by this rule.
If you just want to remove it, going to the app status page for this rule (gear icon) should let you. If not, you can go to that same page to see if cloning might work -- my thought process is that the device replacement process it offers might let you off the hook once the "new" rule gets imported/cloned from this one. If not, restoring a hub backup to a time before the device was removed (if that is what caused this) -- even if just to see or export this rule -- should work, but I'm guessing you'll have a hard time knowing offhand when that is.

Unfortunately, it wouldn't let me clone the code.
Nor would it let me download (it downloaded a file of 0 bytes).
Fortunately, the code is still there (on display), so I will retype a new RM, and I hope I can delete this instance.
Oh well -what can you do... sometimes these things take time....
