Error on Wait for Expression Timeout [2.3.5.123]

@bravenel, @bobbyD, after upgrading from 2.3.4.148 to 2.3.5.121 and reconfirmed on 2.3.5.123, I am getting the following error message after a Wait for Expression times out.

Please try this: Remove that action, and then re-create it. See if that fixes the problem or not.
