Error in Log I dont understand. Help Please!

I keep getting this system error in my logs that I do not know how to stop. Any ideas would be great!
I cant seem to find an App 451.

Think of the system log as a courtesy call for the user to take action. What the log says is simply letting the user know that an external request was received looking for an app that user has removed. The hub doesn't know what it is for. For all intents and purposes this may very well be viewed as an attack. It is up to the user to take action on the warning.
