Hello,
Im new to HE And I need some help to understand hiw dashboard works. When Im connected to wifi locally and open mobile app all works ok. Same if Im on LTE and open mobile app the dashboard loading without any issues ... the problem starts when Im on not local wifi - then the app things that Im on local network where HE is connected to and Im getting following error: {"error":"Badly formed (DI Comm) request "} and Dashboard is not loaded. Is it possible to use the apo/dashboard with not local wifi?

It look like the problem was fixed in recent app update for ios
