Probably want to get support involved. @bobbyD - any suggestions?
Was your device set with a fixed IP address?
yes my device is set with a static IP

I see the hub is back online and responding to support tool requests, which happens when it gets to at least 90% point. Did another soft reset do the trick?
I did a few more soft resets after a 30 minute power off
Then I did a restore but from a backup on the hub. Not sure why the hub backup worked and not my downloaded local files didn't. ( I have a windows job to download the file daily and I tried several of them)
Any ideas on why this happened?
My theory is it hadn't rebooted in a while.
I'm going to created a reboot schedule with the rebooter app (unless there's a better way?)
Thx
From the logs, it looks like locally downloaded backup was corrupted in some way. It doesn't usually provide the details when it happens.
Odd, I went through about 10 different backups locally downloaded. All the way back to July 1
The oldest July 30 backup on the hub itself ended up working
Ok, I've looked at the last failed restore. Will have to take a closer look.
Ok, thank you
