Hello dear hubitat community in new on the subject, but since a time from now my hub got stucked on this message I've downloaded the backups but the hub doesn't let me do anything, it says it's a corrupt database
If you can get to port 8081 try to do a reboot with database rebuild.
Hello there. Thanks for the reply, I've already download all the backups and try a soft reset on the diagnostic tool but got this message when tried to access the hub.

@ech.chemin this issue was resolved in October 2021. Unfortunately, since your hub has not been updated since, the issue for your hub persists. Based on the details provided, it looks like your hub is also dealing with a possible hardware malfunction. If you are a current Hub Protect subscriber, you would be eligible for a free replacement under the extended warranty service.
