Error 500

I tried to login to my Hubitat this afternoon (I got a login page) and was greeted with a
500 error. on the tab of my browse, it says server error, I was corrected via Facebook that a 500 error is an unrecoverable error.

I tried rebooting the hub with no luck and then tried the "find my hub tool" I still have my C4 hub and the "find my hub tool" can only find the C4. no C7.
After that, I tried a few things to get my hub recognized but had no luck.

What now?

You may want to remove your email address from the above post. But since you shared it, may I take a look to see what's going on with your C-7?

Your C-7 is online and connected to the cloud. The problem might be with the device that you are using to connect to the cloud. If you could share a screenshot of your error that you see, we might be able to help.

I did update to 2.4 last as I remember.
Could that have anything to do with it?
That's the reason why I went to FB first.

Also, as mentioned on on Facebook not all 500 errors are equal, and may have different root causes based on the resource/page you are trying to access.

Is hard to tell as we don't see any issues with the hub, so we need additional details to better understand what problems you are experiecing.
