Error 404: App type with namespace: replica and name: HubiThings OAuth has parent type that does not match current app

I had devices in SmartThings, installed Hubithing and every thing was OK, HE got all smartthings devices.
I got the bad router (tp link) and replace with new router Netgear, reconfigured all devices.
HE lost all smatthing devices, uninstall and reinstall hubithing, got new token from smartthings, create aoth application got error 404 " App type with namespace: replica and name: HubiThings OAuth has parent type that does not match current app"
Please help. Thanks

Sorry, missed this. Probably better to post HubiThings questions in the normal thread, but did you solve your problem?

Thanks, problem is still there.
I did not use Hubithing, because smarthings devices are Tp Link Tapo so I switch to this intergrade

You need both HubiThings Replica and HubiThings OAuth with the same version. And then only launch the Replica app.

Strongly recommend you review the install instructions in the link above and should use the HPM method if possible.

Your router choice should have no impact with this solution.

Posting logs or screenshots would help troubleshooting your problem otherwise this is about all I can suggest.
