I use HSM with Konnected and have been please with the results. Recently I noticed that the entry delay on Armed home no longer works. The alarm is triggered immediately.
I don’t remember ever changing anything as the functionality was working perfectly.

I'm having the same problem. When armed in home mode and open a door that selected as delay entry, instead of delay it instantly seeds alarm off. Delay is set for 60 sec for front door and garage door rest of doors are set instant. But stopped working at some point but not sure when. It has happened recently twice that i opened one of the delayed doors and the alarm goes off instantly. Any help would be appreciated.
Must be a bug. It used to work but it just broke. Pretty annoying if you forgot the alarm in the morning. Wake up the entire home.
