Energy reset in Aeotec Smart Switch 6 not working. I have tried it both thru The rules engine and the device page, Have 6 of these and appart from this they work well.
It used to work I test all fuctions when I install a new device but it is only now I need to use it.

I have 3 of the Aeotec 6s and they all worked on the 28th. That is when I reset the energy values on my devices. Starting a new billing cycle.
I just tested one and it reset with no issues. I am on the latest firmware.

I rechecked the device page and the reset has now worked. When I tried previously and nothing changed so as a further check I reset Power,Voltage and current all of which updated instantly on the device screen. I gave it a couple of minutes and tried again, no change on the energy so I raised the issue and went for a shower.
When I came back I read your reply and rechecked the energy showed a rest with the duration matching to the time I last tried .So it seems to have taken a lot longer for the energy details to update after a reset than the other values.
Guest I need to learn to have patience.
