What is a good Energy Monitoring outlet for multiple things? I have found them very useful for my computers, refrigerators even the hubitat hub it self to see power usage.
I have a few now that are z-wave but have read that z-wave is not the best network to use if your going to half a bunch of devices.
I have been using the Minoston Z-Wave 800 Series, they work fine but i want to add more of them.

I use both the Third Reality Energy Monitoring Plugs and the Switchbot Plug with Energy Monitoring. The Third Reality are Zigbee plugs connected directly to Hubitat. The Switchbot are brought in from Home Assistant.
It's the install that has always kept me away from them.
Well, If you are not comfortable then don't do it.
But from the other side, installing IotaWatt (or similar device) is much easier than replacing a regular switch with a smart one.
