anyone know anything about this kit?
I bought some a while back and I just wondered if there was a way to get the hub to talk to HE
it seems to be quite inexpensive, and in itself it seems to work OK but the cloud side of things, not so much..
if we could get the hub to talk to HE it may prove useful certainly in the UK

Energenie is RF though. That said there was a Smart App on ST for these (I used to have them).
But they were very hit and miss, even with their own app or Alexa. I sold them and went Z-wave.

yes, the RF side is pretty solid in fact, very solid in my experience, the cloud side however (when I used them a year or so ago) was dreadful!! however, the hub is connected to the LAN and there shouldn't be any reason someone that knows what they are doing, could modify the firmware, or get it talking to a Pi?
they do what I am told are quite good TRVs and the outlets have energy monitoring, they even have a whole house current monitor.
just seems a bit of a shame.

Sorry to jump onto this old thread but thought it better than starting a new one. Would anyone be willing or able to port over the above SmartThings app to work in Hubitat? I haven’t found a decent replacement yet and not keen on spending money just to replace plug sockets! Willing to make a donation
