Enable a Disabled Device

C7 Platform Version 2.4.3.137

I have 3 devices that are showing up in the device list as follows:

OFFLINE - Living Room T Stat on Hubitat. The Disabled slider is set to disable.
Checking the slider or going into the device and clicking Enable is not enabling the device.

Two are Radio Thermostats a CT100 and a CT101.

The have been on the hub for a while.
Do I need to remove and re-add?

What you’re seeing indicates that there’s an issue with the Hub Mesh communication between that hub ant the one called « Hubitat », for that device.

Is the device still on the other hub and working properly?

That explains it.
No, the three devices were on a C5 hub. It died and I moved them to the C7. All was working until recently. No idea why the C7 reverted to an old configuration by itself.
