Seems like a small bug... But the option to add "else-if " does not exist if a new action is inserted after a "disabled" action in RM 5.1 in 2.3.4.123
So in the following example.. I was trying to add the ELSE-IF instead of the END-IF and the IF conditions
.. When I disabled the END-IF and IF, I was not presented with the ELSE-IF option when I inserted a new conditional action..
the work around was to reenable the END-IF and IF .. add the ELSE-IF ( it is presented now) and then disable the END-IF and IF
just a minor annoyance.. maybe would help someone.. or devs update the RM code to fix it..
