I have two Ecobee thermostats. They are the same model and using the same firmware version. I have a dashboard with thermostat tiles for both of them. One of them displays the setpoints as expected, the other one does not. I have reviewed the device settings for both and they seem to be set the same. Does anyone have any idea why one is missing the setpoints on the tile? Screenshot attached.
I just had same problem recently on both of mine. You don't mention how you are integrating Ecobees so I am not sure my thread will help. I am using Home Assistant to bring the thermostats into Hubitat. I notice that the thermostat without setpoints is in auxHeatOnly mode and the one with is in auto mode. If you put the one missing setpoints in auto, do the setpoints appear?
