I noticed the logs for my MyEcobee have stopped logging at 3:54 AM today. The device is working and controlling devices etc. There are current events on the events page. Refreshing the page does not bring in current data.
My kneejerk response is that turning on debug mode typically remains in effect for a short time, depending on driver. But the Ecobee integration looks like it keeps it on.
Try going into devices preferences, turn off debug logging, save, then turn on and save again.
OFF > ON > SAVE:
Logs picked that up, but nothing else.
Notice at 9:59 it picked up a fan mode change... before I changed the debug...
It did not pick up anything else AFTER the debug reset.
Notice that it was exactly 30 minutes later that debugging turned off. That’s typical. But I bet if you looked in preferences, the debug switch is still on.
Maybe a global hub setting that overrides?
