Looks like the Ecobee integration is down. I can't access ecobee on the web either. I'm guessing this is due to the Log4j security vulnerability that was published yesterday.
Update - We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

My Ecobee offline check rule has sent me a couple of notifications today, so something has been going on.
Looks like the problem is not affecting everyone, or they resolved the issue, because my thermostats are working.
