Looks like the Ecobee integration is down. I can't access ecobee on the web either. I'm guessing this is due to the Log4j security vulnerability that was published yesterday.
Update - We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

Investigating - Investigating – Some people may be having trouble using our Thermostat Online Applications. We’re happy to share that ecobee smart thermostats will perform as usual—they’ll continue to operate according to the set schedule and by manual adjustment, including all energy-savings events that are already in progress. I have an alert that flashes a switch at home to let me know when this happens. Figures I'm not there to see it lol.

My Ecobee offline check rule has sent me a couple of notifications today, so something has been going on.
Looks like the problem is not affecting everyone, or they resolved the issue, because my thermostats are working.
