new user here... i added my ecobee thermostat and it is visible under "devices" on my web app but doesn't show up on my mobile app or on my dashboard.
By default the mobile app only shows dimmers/switches. Unless you create a Dashboard to which you have added the ecobee thermostat. Make sure you add the thermostat to your Dashboard app, and it will show up in both the Dashboard your mobile app Dashboard.
