Ecobee Bult-In Integration Not Polling

I'm having a issue where the built-in Ecobee integration isn't polling the Ecobee data. Currently (Dec 29) the "Last Activity" is stuck at the last time (Dec 24) I've manually "refreshed" the device by clicking on the refresh tile at the device page.

I've tried setting polling to 1, 2, 5 mins but neither works. All 12 Ecobee devices are stuck at Dec 24.

If you go to Apps page then click on the gear icon next to Ecobee Integration and scroll down, do you see a section similar to the following?

I checked and the polling is indeed scheduled. My prev run time was indeed today. For some reason the poll failed to update my devices.

OTOH, I can confirm the login-integration is working since I can manually refresh the devices.

That is very unusual. Are any other schedules running for other apps, even timers in rule? You may be dealing with a database issue. A reboot may help. If not, take a fresh backup, save it locally, then restore that backup on Backup and Restore page (that is the fastest way to run a Soft Reset).
