I paste the code (space and back space) and Heroku says it's available (I may have deployed it before not sure). But the deploy button has a red circle when you go to click it (Not available to click). only thing I didn't do was add credit card info. how can I deploy or re-deploy so I can get to the Manage App to sign into Amazon.
Thanks
Heroku recently went to a paid model. It sounds like you are not subscribing to Heroku?

Yes I see the paid option, is that now a requirement to use this? This is why I don't see the ability to authenticate?

That’s a Heroku requirement. Not @tonesto7 ’s decision.

I'm not asking if was his decision to go that way, merely if it is an added expense if I want to use this app.
You can also host the code locally if you have a computer on all the time. There’s an option to do it directly or with Docker.

Ok well fortunately I do run my own web server so I'm guessing to replace refences of the cloud service with my local spot?
Is it that easy? Any documentation on this?

Does anyone have a working Raspberry Pi server? I have an extra Pi so I think I would try that first.
Or just search “Echo Speaks”. There are a few related threads.
