Echo Speaks with locally hosted PaaS

Hi there,

I just got Hubitat and Echo Speaks up and running and love it!

For many reasons (which I'm happy to share off-line if you're interested) I want to pull the Echo Speaks server off Heroku and run it on premise.

Captainduckduck.com looks like a great on-premise PaaS alternative to Heroku but other than setting CapDuck up, I'm not sure where to start.

I'm not a developer by any means and don't really know where to start but I am up for a bit of a challenge.
