I'm still new to HE, but I'm very familiar on how to copy-n-past Apps and Driver from using ST for many years. And I did use Echo Speaks back in ST.
I have read some post here where some people where having the same issue that I'm having right now, but I'm still stuck.
Here are the steps I used, maybe you can see what I'm doing wrong.....
(1) Installed the driver into Drivers Code and click Save:

(After driver installed)
(2) Installed the app into the Apps Code, and click Save:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/tonesto7/echo-speaks/master/smartapps/tonesto7/echo-speaks.src/echo-speaks.groovy
(4) After Clicking on Save, now open OAuth and click on "Enable OAuth in App", then click on Update.
(5) Go into HE Apps and open "Add User App" and click on "Echo Speaks".
But when I click on Echo Speaks to open it, I keep getting this message.
