Dusk to dawn stopped working

Migrating from Iris.
I have switches that were being controlled dusk ON, dawn OFF
It's been over a week since it last worked. The switches all work manually, and I can command them from the phone, but they don't go ON nor OFF by dusk/dawn.
I have changed nothing.
I backed up then restarted the hub, hoping that would work. The hub software is current

I have not cycled power to the hub, but the switches have all been cycled.

Help?

Please share a screenshot of the automation which is controlling your lights. It is very hard to help troubleshoot without knowing how these lights are being controlled.

Hubitat offers "sunrise" and "sunset" and offsets to each. How are you calculating "Dusk" or am I being pedantic?

I think the screenshot of the Rule should provide the answer

I hope I'm attaching correctly. I have not changed the rule in a couple of months. It worked about a week ago

I would remove the second Condition (i.e. Time between Sunrise and Sunset) as it seems completely redundant. The first Condition should cause the rule to fire once at Sunset and then again at Sunrise. At these two times, the Rule will be evaluated and will execute either the True or False set of Actions.

That's where I am.

It does not execute.

I'll eventually take out the superfluous but I want it to work again before I start pulling pieces out.

Any other suggestions?

When you say "That's where I am", what exactly do you mean? Did you remove the extra condition as I suggested, or not?

The above statement makes me think you have not changed the Rule at all, yet...
Understand my confusion?

Curious...how are you testing it right now, when it is not exactly Sunset or Sunrise? Those are the only two times of the day when any action will occur (unless you run the rule manually.) It is hard to tell what version of the RM Rule you're using. It is definitely not RM 4, but it could be any of the version prior to RM 4. It would be better to have a full screen shot of the Rule, as well as its settings (click the gear icon on the Rule) to see what scheduled events it has.

You can always contact support@hubitat.com and they'll help you sort things out.

New to Hubitat myself, but I think something as simple as this can be done with the Simple Lighting app.

It appears to have resolved itself without human intervention. I checked last night after dusk and the lights were all ON. I haven't looked this morning, but if they're OFF... onward and upward
