Hi guys, have you any ideas why this RM. Rule is duplicating events and actions. I've created as a tester rule but can't understand why it's doubling up. See logs where the event which triggers the rule has the same time stamp twice? Appreciated in advanced
I see the duplicates but I'm not seeing the full logs to show all the events, triggering, and actions that led to the 9:22 notification.
At 9:45 I see one event, one trigger, and one wait. That at least looks like the rule setup a single Wait event properly. Did this work as expected? Would you be willing to try this with a virtual presence device and see if that works?
I've decided to delete the rule and l rewrite it. This fixed the issue but thanks for helping
